Board asks whether hotels, rentals and conditional uses are allowed in Reynolds under proposed PUD rules

A board member asked whether the proposed ordinance changes would affect rental properties; staff replied that permitted uses depend on the district and that the proposed UPUD is designed for residential uses while CPUD remains the commercial category. "PUD is designed for residential uses, not commercial. CPUD is for commercial," the staff member said.
