A commissioner moved to approve the meeting minutes and other routine consent items at the Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners meeting on Monday, July 13. The motion to "Move to approve minutes a, b, c, and d" was seconded and passed by roll call, with Commissioners Sims, Salee and Dunkerley recorded as voting in the affirmative.
