The Revive Land Group requested rezoning of three parcels totaling 101.57± acres from AR-1 to R-X to accommodate a 248-unit residential development (193 single-family detached homes and 55 cottage homes). Presenters noted revisions filed the day of the meeting that added pond access points and additional parking; commissioners said the plan did not meet the R-X standards for cottage courts and asked for a revised plan and a phasing plan showing when amenities will be completed.
