Staff told the board that Motorola/Spillman and the county’s telephone provider (NGA) are coordinating to either implement the Digi integration or propose an alternate solution; the hold-up appears to be how incoming telephone data is classified (landline vs. cellular) and encoded so the Digi system can interpret it. Andrew Meek asked whether ESN work would block the CAD item; staff replied the remaining work is coding/formatting rather than GIS mapping.
