A proposed 14,000 sq ft office-warehouse aimed at small trade users prompted neighborhood concerns about industrial adjacency and hours; the commission changed the requested industrial-light zoning to Industrial Park and approved the applications with design and hours conditions to limit heavier uses.

Mark Mulhall presented an application to reclassify a roughly 0.95-acre parcel east of Decatur Boulevard and north of El Dorado Lane to a business/employment and industrial designation for a 14,000 sq ft office-warehouse subdivided into seven ~2,000 sq ft bays intended for small trade contractors.
