Facilities staff updated the court on issues following heavy rain: ongoing leaks at the county courthouse (notably the 5th‑floor hot checks area and the jury room), with contractor follow‑ups scheduled. Staff said entry‑door operators have been ordered and replacement is scheduled for the second week of December; basement backfill for the phase‑2 construction is about 95% complete and slabs and stair‑tower work continue to pass inspection.
