The Jackson County Board of Elections voted to certify the results of the June 16, 2026 General Primary Runoff elections for both parties. After reviewing the election returns, numbered lists, recaps and the official summary report, Board member Judy McNichols moved to certify the Democratic runoff; the motion passed 3–0. Board member Tom Crow then moved to certify the Republican runoff; that motion also passed 3–0.
The board signed the certification documents following the motions. The transcript records the votes as 3,0 for each certification. The meeting record does not attribute individual yes/no votes to specific board members beyond the roll call that showed three board members present. The certification followed processing of accepted provisional ballots and review of audit materials that staff presented earlier in the meeting.
