Peyton walked the board through a proposed memorandum of understanding to share services between a switch data center and the TV district, describing a phased plan to move from current operations to a more resilient configuration. He said phase 2 is expected this winter into next year and described operating Reno channels off CC fiber since late 2023/early 2024.
