Engineer: subdivision preliminary plat approved; bridge, paving and equipment issues discussed
The commission approved a preliminary subdivision plat for Poole Road (Chancellor area) and received updates on bridge property agreements and County Road 83 paving. The board also discussed equipment billing rates for cities, a potential landfill firing range and tabling driveway-pipe policy until Commissioner Spivey is present.

Engineer Justin Barfield updated the commission on staffing, bridge landowner agreements, paving and other road department items and presented a preliminary subdivision plat for a parcel off Poole Road in the Chancellor area. Commissioner Wilks moved to approve the preliminary plat; Commissioner Hatcher seconded the motion and the vote was 3-0.
