Geneva County adopts Open Records procedures and names County Administrator as Public Officer
The commission adopted two resolutions implementing Ala. Act No. 2024-278: appointing County Administrator Cindy Williams as Geneva County's Public Officer and adopting amended procedures that require acknowledgment of requests within 10 days and substantive responses within 15 business days.
