The board accepted the resignation of Bob Burns from the SEMCAC (Southeast Minnesota Community Action Council) board and discussed whether to appoint a commissioner to fill the seat or allow a citizen to serve. Staff said SEMCAC meets monthly (2nd Monday, 6 p.m.) and generally offers a virtual option.
