The Board continued petition 2026DV1012, which seeks multiple variances for an unpermitted detached garage, encroachment into an easement and front-yard paving at 3675 West 11th Street. Petitioner Epifanio Carvajal acknowledged prior violations and said the owner is working toward compliance.
