Commissioners record resignations, consider replacements and honor retiring EMA director
The board recorded the resignation of City Plan Commissioner Darren Richey, noted Jason Kleber as a recommended replacement to be considered Sept. 3, addressed a vacancy on the Hamilton Township Fire Board, and presented a retirement plaque to EMA director Duane Davis after 33 years of service.

Human Resources Jeff Hubbard told commissioners he had received a resignation from City Plan Commissioner Darren Richey effective immediately; the board took a recommendation to appoint Jason Kleber under advisement and will address it at the Sept. 3 meeting. The minutes also state that Joe Easton of the Hamilton Township Fire Board has moved out of district and needs replacement; commissioners suggested Jeff Hubbard contact Cody Herkamp for a recommendation.
