State child‑support system 'MAX' to move to web‑based interface Oct. 5, presenters say

Presenters said pilots are underway and the statewide target go‑live date is Oct. 5. "We are going to go live October 5," a presenter stated, and staff were urged to sign up for training sessions. The rollout will include on‑site support, office managers and training supervisors acting as local 'super users,' plus additional pilot users and help desks to troubleshoot issues during the initial days after go‑live.
