County restores road-maintenance condition for Spring Creek area after appeal

The Elko County Board of Commissioners voted to modify a prior planning commission decision for COA 25-011 and reinstate a condition requiring the developer to enter a road-maintenance agreement with Spring Creek Association at the time 10-acre parcels are developed. Legal counsel Katie McConnell explained the planning commission approved the zone change from open space to special lands but omitted the condition requiring a developer-signed road maintenance agreement; Spring Creek appealed that omission.
