Sean Baker, representing Love's, told the commission the units will be permanent 13-by-70 trailers intended only for Love's employees and said the company plans fencing, curb-and-gutter and plumbing upgrades. A commissioner moved to approve the conditional-use permit with staff recommendations and the motion carried unanimously.
