The court approved enrollment in Section 125 benefits programs with AFLAC, New York Life, First Basin Credit Union and Securities Benefits to become effective in February 2026. Commissioner Kenny Stewart moved for approval and Commissioner Auggie Ramos seconded; the motion passed 3-0 according to the minutes.
