The commission moved into a land-use item related to the Marita Ranch subdivision. Chair (S4) said the plat had been submitted and noted approval paperwork from Cameron Walker and Brian Klinsick was on file. When asked if anyone wished to speak, there were no public comments, and the Chair called for a motion.
