Finance Committee approved several 2025 appropriations and transfers including $25,000 to public health lab fees, $25,500 to jail inmate medical offset by insurance recovery, an $8,110.84 vehicle-to-changeover transfer for the Sheriff, and personnel-related appropriations to cover raises across departments.

The committee approved multiple 2025 budget adjustments to cover underbudgeted expenses and revenue adjustments. Public Health received a $25,000 appropriation to cover lab fees associated with water samples (offset by increased PH environmental fees). The Jail appropriation of $25,500 for inmate medical costs was offset by an insurance recovery line. The Sheriff’s Office moved $8,110.84 from Motor Vehicles to Change Over Expenses to cover changeover costs for two patrol vehicles.
