The Court approved driveway permits for ET Gathering & Processing LLC and Pioneer Natural Resources USA Inc., heard a road report from Gerald Rodriguez, and discussed (but did not act on) a Road & Bridge water truck on March 10.

The Martin County Commissioner’s Court approved permits for driveways related to oil‑field access and county roads, voting 4-0 after a motion by Commissioner Brian Snellgrove and a second from Commissioner Kenny Stewart. Permits recorded in the minutes include ET Gathering & Processing LLC driveways on B3651 and C2500 and Pioneer Natural Resources USA Inc. driveways at A4000 #1 and #2; all work was directed to be bored and cased.
