At the Oct. 15 meeting, the Armstrong County Commissioners voted to cast their ballots for members of the county appraisal board. Commissioner Harris moved that the court cast votes as recorded; Commissioner Smith seconded and the motion carried with three ayes while County Judge Adam Ensey and Commissioner Cornell abstained.
