Design Review Commission recommends approval for dormer at 31 Bridge Street

Applicant Raymond Langhans presented plans for a second-floor dormer at 31 Bridge Street in Windsor’s High Density Residential (Downtown Overlay) District and described materials and preservation intent. "Materials: Wood clapboards, architectural shingles, and two-over-two double-hung windows," Langhans said, noting the design aligns with neighboring properties. The commission acted on a motion by Design Review Commission member Paul Doiron, seconded by member Henry Duffy; Chair Bill Ballantyne recorded the vote as "All in favor."
