On July 24, 2024, Jim Bennett submitted a memo to the Windsor Conservation Commission summarizing about four to five years of volunteer conservation work in Windsor and offering to transition those efforts to the commission when it is prepared to assume them. Bennett lists townwide tree inventories, aquatic and watershed monitoring, drone imaging of wetlands, and the 2022 Paradise Park Management Plan as foundations for ongoing stewardship.
