Ottawa County authorized Total Communications to provide the Cohesity product and Year 3 annual billing for $8,863.20 at the Jan. 13 meeting after recommendation from the IT Director and review by the Prosecuting Attorney.

The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners approved an agreement with Total Communications for the Cohesity product and Year 3 annual billing totaling $8,863.20. The motion to authorize the board president to sign the agreement was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas and seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler; Commissioners Mark W. Stahl, Donald A. Douglas and Mark E. Coppeler voted yes.
