Chairman Toby Seay presented a contract from JMR+H for architectural services for the planned multipurpose arena; the firm had been approved in a prior meeting. Commissioner Bart Wilks moved to approve the agreement subject to review by County Attorney Phil Eldridge; Commissioner Weston Spivey seconded and the motion passed 4‑0.
