County Clerk Kerry Harrod presented a payment request and acceptance certificate for the courthouse project. The board voted to release $265,100 to Farmers Bank & Trust for Community Building Solutions; Commissioner Russell moved and Commissioner Liebau seconded the motion, which carried 3-0.
