The Planning Commission approved on the consent agenda a conditional-use request to allow additions to the exhibition hall at the Alliant Energy Center. Chair read that Legistar 93275 covers 110 East Rusk Avenue and 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way and would permit an auditorium and additions exceeding two stories or 35 feet in the Parks and Recreation (PR) District.
