Finance Officer Nina Lott presented the county's financial report and relayed the auditors' recommendation to move $206,000 from Capital Projects back to the General Fund. Commissioner Charlton Gillis moved to transfer the funds and Commissioner Johnny Durrance seconded; the motion carried.
