The commission accepted several applications for formal public hearings and scheduled dates. A special permit and site‑plan review application by Michael Lapierre for an expanded home in excess of 1,600 square feet at 3 Bungalow Hill Road (R‑90G zone) was accepted and a public hearing recommended for Sept. 14, 2026.
