On Sept. 16 the Winn Parish Police Jury approved a motion of intent by Mr. Darrell Franks to take Ridgeview and Ridgeway Roads into the parish road system. Franks said there are "about 16 houses on the road" and described the roads as asphalt in generally good shape except for a few holes.
