The Board of Supervisors ratified approval of a Consulting Agreement between Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 1 and John M. Thornton on Feb. 18, 2026, and authorized execution of related documents by the Parish Administrator and/or Parish President. The motion to ratify the agreement was made by Mr. Julian Darby and seconded by Mr. Jimmy Cochran; the board voted unanimously to approve and adopt a resolution authorizing execution.
