After a motion to exit executive session carried unanimously, the Washington County Board of Commissioners considered a Public Defender contract with Colton McRae. Commissioner Frank Simmons moved to approve the contract; Commissioner James Hitchcock Jr. seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
