Eric Hudson presented the committee with a list of plats that have been approved administratively and said he periodically reviews those plats with the Road/Subdivision Regulations Committee to keep jurors informed. Patrick Jackson, Parish Attorney, explained the administrative approval authority derives from parish ordinance and said the process was adopted to speed approvals for small plats while preserving options for juror review when necessary.
