Brandon Hurst, representing Martin, told commissioners the waste contract entered its second year of service and that subscription numbers grew from onboarding of roughly 3,200 customers to a peak near 8,400 depending on billing cycles and turnover. He said the company added senior, veteran and annual discounts and offered a $25 punch card for occasional users.
