De‑Bailey, Pottawatomie County Assistant Emergency Manager, said Teen CERT instruction at St. Marys High School is about halfway complete and that two CERT exercises are planned for March. He reported that the Pottawatomie County Community Emergency Response Team is in the process of merging with Riley County and Geary County CERT volunteers to consolidate training and response capacity.
