Willowstone master deed recorded; developer prepares lots for sale
The board’s director reported that Willowstone's Master Deed and Road Agreement were signed this week and developer Dave Dusendang has begun a spec house and plans to sell lots once documents are recorded.

During the directors report staff said that the Master Deed and Road Agreement for the Willowstone development were signed in the week before the June 16 meeting. The minutes name developer Dave Dusendang as having begun a spec house and indicate he wishes to begin another; staff said the Land Bank can start selling lots to the developer once the Master Deed and Road Agreement are recorded.
