In the Directors Report the board was briefed on progress in Blight Elimination Round 4. The minutes state that the 1367 W Sherman project is completed and that reimbursement was received in January 2026. The board also discussed 417 Jackson Ave (Froebel), where "progress is being made on roof, despite the weather."
