The board voted 4-0-0 to keep MFS Mid Cap Growth R6 Fund on watch and to replace the JP Morgan Mid Cap Value R6 Fund with T. Rowe Price Mid Cap Value 1 Fund after reviewing a Manager Search Document from Hyas.

The board reviewed two funds previously placed on watch under the Investment Policy Statement. Hyas recommended retaining the MFS Mid Cap Growth R6 Fund on watch and presented a Manager Search Document proposing replacement options for the JP Morgan Mid Cap Value R6 Fund.
