Manager reports withdrawn and exempt JPAs, code-enforcement actions and ADM barge access NDSI
Coastal Zone manager Laday told the committee that Modern American Recycling withdrew its JPA after staff requested cross sections; local unauthorized-fill cases (Baron Treagle, William Sigmon) were resolved with cleanup and exemptions for fast lands; an ADM barge-access JPA received an NDSI determination.

During the manager's briefing, Laday reviewed recent JPA activity in Saint Charles Parish. He said P20260326 (Modern American Recycling Services Inc.) was withdrawn by the applicant after the committee had requested additional cross sections. "Since then, we've spoken to the applicant, and they have decided to withdraw their application," Laday reported.
