The Laurens County Board of Commissioners took several unanimous procedural and appointment votes at its March 3 meeting.
Commissioner Gerad Mathis moved to approve the minutes of the Feb. 17, 2026 regular meeting; Commissioner Brenda Chain seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board also approved a cell tower permit for Thomas Lane (Parcel 259 044A) after County Administrator Bryan Rogers said the site met requirements, and reappointed Ron Harrington as the county's Private Industry Representative to the Regional Commission.
