At the Jan. 20 meeting the St. Bernard Parish Council took agenda items #14 and #15 in globo and entered executive session to receive an update from Environmental Counsel on ongoing litigation: St. Bernard Parish Government v. The Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans, 34th Judicial District Court No. 23-1006. The motion to enter executive session was adopted by unanimous consent.
