Commissioners approve financing resolution for Lagos Reserve public improvement district
After executive session, the court approved a resolution authorizing a financing agreement for the Lagos Reserve Public Improvement District with the understanding it will take effect when fully executed; the companion Travis County Development Authority vote followed and both passed unanimously.

After returning from executive session the Commissioners Court considered item 12 and approved a resolution authorizing a financing agreement for the Lagos Reserve Public Improvement District. Judge Andy Brown called the motion and noted the approval would take effect when the agreement is fully executed by all parties.
