The joint workshop agenda identified a multi-item workplan for collaboration among the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission and Economic Development Authority. Agenda items included code amendments, development of a small-area plan, an overarching economic development plan, a focus on a shell building or business park, discussion of the Cobbs Creek Reservoir water agreement, solar projects updates, and formation of a Luther P. Jackson Committee.
