At the Feb. 10 meeting Supervisor Mike Schulte moved and Supervisor Jeff Loring seconded that the board enter a closed session "per Iowa Code 20.17(3) to discuss union negotiations." The motion passed with ayes from Schulte, Loring, DeBoer, Vande Hoef and Helmers.
