County opens PY26 CDBG/HOME action-plan comment period; staff propose infrastructure, down-payment and CHDO set-aside funding
County staff opened the PY26 public hearing on the CDBG and HOME action plans, proposing $1.2M for infrastructure, $200k for home rehab/septic, an added $600k to a multi-year Creedmoor right-of-way project, and down-payment assistance allocations. Staff will return Aug. 4 with a final plan including public comments.
