Commissioners briefly reviewed unfinished business related to Copper Forest Real Estate LLC's event facility and confirmed staff and the applicant have discussed a condition intended to preclude expansion via boundary-line adjustments outside the subdivision; staff reported no current plans for a boundary-line adjustment. Commissioners asked that the applicant be present at the public hearing to address remaining concerns and staff agreed to send the draft to the county attorney prior to scheduling the hearing. "If legal's okay with it, I don't see why it wouldn't be," a commissioner said about a revised condition intended to prevent expansion of the SUP scope via future boundary-line adjustments.
