Whitley County Fiscal Court voted to approve Resolution 2025‑09 authorizing a lease to finance a county project and to allow execution of related documents and designations. Magistrate Michael Jarboe moved the resolution, seconded by Magistrate Raleigh Meadors; the minutes record the motion as carried with all members voting yea.
