Committee approves rezoning for Jensen property in Baldwin to allow second dwelling

County senior planner John Hilgers briefed the committee on a request from property owner Dale Jensen to rezone 40 acres in Section 23, Township 29 North Range 16 West (town of Baldwin) from AG‑1 to AG‑2 to permit two dwelling units per 40 acres. "Property owner is Dale Jensen at 2541 90th Avenue in the town of Baldwin, and the applicant is seeking to rezone his property from AG‑1 to AG‑2," Hilgers said during his overview of zoning, comprehensive‑plan consistency and the farmland preservation map.
