Selectboard approves reappraisal RFP with option to include or exclude campgrounds
The Selectboard signed a new reappraisal RFP on Nov. 12, 2025; the board added language on page 7 requiring bidders to provide pricing both with and without town campgrounds to clarify valuation options.

Treasurer Mary Labrecque told the Selectboard that the Listers had approved and signed a new RFP for a townwide reappraisal and asked the board to sign the document as well. Labrecque noted the RFP already requests quotes "with and without the campgrounds" at the beginning; the board agreed to add the same requirement on page 7 under qualifications to ensure bidders provide both pricing options.
