Road & Bridge staff presented the monthly operations report and plans for FEMA projects, telling the court that in December they closed 25 work orders and currently have 26 pending. Staff reported routine maintenance including blading, culvert work, sign installations and brush clearing, and said they are preparing three FEMA projects for bidding.
